At PureFusion Peptide, customer satisfaction and compliance are our top priorities. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns of any kind once an order has been placed.

  • No Refunds: We do not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges.

  • Order Accuracy: Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product(s). We will review each case individually and work with you to find a resolution.

Refunds (on special occasions) 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
